On 27 of June, 2019 in accordance with Article 18(1) of the Commission Regulation 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing National Energy Regulatory Council approved TSO's proposal regarding the terms and conditions for balance responsible parties. These terms will apply to all balance responsible parties in Lithuania.
The terms and conditions for balance responsible parties contain the requirements for becoming a balance responsible party, the requirement that all balance responsible parties shall be financially responsible for their imbalances, the requirements on data and information to be delivered to the connecting TSO to calculate the imbalances.
