Name of the tenderThe tender for the use of the maritime territory for the development and operation of power plants using renewable energy sources, organized in accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Renewable Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, is organized in accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Renewable Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.

Period and procedure for the tender documents and the submission of a tender

The period of submission of the tender documents and the Offer from 19 November 2024 to 18 March 2025 (inclusive).

The tender documents and the Tender shall be submitted in accordance with the procedure laid down in chapter II, third section, and chapter III, third section of the Tender Description.

Procedure for submission of requests to participate in the Tender

The request to participate in the Contest shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down in chapter II, fourth section of the Tender Description:

in electronic form –  by e-mail [email protected] or

in paper form – Verkių str. 25C-1, Vilnius, LT-08223. The application can be presented in paper form directly to the Council (upon arrival at the Council) during the Council's working hours (8.00-12.00 and 12.45-17.00 on Mondays to Thursdays; 8.00-12.00 and 12.45-15.45 on Fridays). 

Procedure and time for the registration of requests to participate in the Contest and the Tender Documents and tenders, as well as for tendersRequests to participate in the Contest and files with tender documents and Tenders shall be registered in accordance with the procedure set out in the fourth and fifth sections of Chapter II of the Tender Description and in the third section of Chapter III of the Tender Description for the period from 19 November 2024 to 19 March 2025. Council working hours (8.00-12.00 and 12.45-17.00 On Mondays to Thursdays; 8.00-12.00 and 12.45-15.45 on Fridays).
