The National Energy Regulatory Council (NERC) has anounced a public consultation regarding Methodology on cross-zonal capacity calculation and allocation with third countries. The amendment of methodology was prepared and provided by LITGRID AB and sets out changes for determining the cross-zonal capacities between the Lithuania-Belarus interconnector.
