On 17th January 2019 NCC approved All TSOs' proposal for the Key Organisational Requirements, Roles and Responsibilities (KORRR) relating to Data Exchange in accordance with Article 40(6) of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017 establishing a Guideline on Electricity Transmission System Operation.
KORRR lays down uniform requirements for all ENTSO-E transmission system operators, distribution system operators and certain relevant network users (e.g. generators, including wind farms), as they have to share information with each other, what information they may receive in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the electricity grid. After adoption of KORRR transmission system operator LITGRID AB shall revise the existing LITGRID AB contracts with TSOs of neighboring countries, as well as DSO and relevant network users.
