The National Energy Regulatory Council (NERC) has anounced a public consultation regarding Methodology on cross-zonal capacity calculation and allocation with third countries (you can download the Draft methodology and Explanatory material). The draft methodology was prepared and provided by LITGRID AB and sets out the principles for determining the cross-zonal capacities between the Lithuania-Kaliningrad interconnector and the Lithuania-Belarus interconnector.
