National Commission for Energy Control and Prices recently approved the new version of AB Amber Grid Rules for Access to the Natural Gas Transmission System which will be applied from 1 July 2017.
The most important change of this amendment is to implement implicit capacity allocation method, which allows to allocate capacity and gas product together at interconnection points. This method of capacity allocation is simpler for market participants and allows more effective gas trade in the market, as well as better integration of Baltic states region.
This and other amendments can be found in rules here.
