Law on
Energy from Renewable Sources of the Republic of Lithuania regulates the
measures of promotion the development of the use of renewable resources. After
2019 May 1st change of Law on Energy from Renewable Sources, varied
tariff as incentive measure for new producers was canceled. According to the
summary of the current version of the Law on Energy from Renewable Sources, the
promotion of the development of the use of renewable resources takes place
during the auction by winning the promotion quota and the proposed price
supplement to the market price.
