7. | Description of the service provision process | The licence of the electricity public supply activity confers the right to engage in the activity of the electricity public supply (sale and/or resale of electricity to the customer). The licences of the activity of public supply shall be issued to the legal person established in the Republic of Lithuania, or to the unit of a legal person or other organization of another Member State established in the Republic of Lithuania. A company, wishing to obtain a licence, shall submit an application in the established form and necessary documents to the Council. Following the receipt of documents, the Council checks whether these documents and information contained therein comply with the licensing conditions (technological, financial and managerial capacities of the company) and decides on the issue of the licence. |
8. | Information and documents to be provided by the person | The person shall submit: 1. The information indicated in point 9.1. of the Description of the assessment procedures of technological, financial and managerial capabilities of entities approved by the Resolution No O3-6 of the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy of 29 January 2009 "On the Approval of the Description of the Procedure of Assessment of Technological, Financial and Managerial Capabilities of Energy Companies", i.e. the documents confirming the technical means available to the entity to connect to the informational complex controlled by the transmission and /or distribution system operator, the relevant software required for the implementation of the regulated activity, documents, and the documents certifying the means of communication operated under the right of ownership or under other legal grounds, required to get the reports from the market participants and in turn to send them. 2. Financial statements (balance, profit (loss) reports, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity, explanatory note), the audit report and completed Annexes 3 and 6 of the Description. 3.
