Declaration form and application form for the engagement in natural gas supply activities are approved by the Resolution No O3E-631 by the State Price and Energy Control Commission "On approval of the Declaration Form for Natural Gas Supply Activities and the Application Form for the Revocation or Suspension of the Natural Gas Supply Activity Permission".
Duration of the service provision
The administrative service is final.
The right to engage in natural gas supply activities is granted the next day after the submission of the declaration to the Council or from the day indicated in the declaration if this day is later than the next day after the submission of the declaration to the authority issuing permissions. The Council shall verify the information contained in the declaration no later than 5 working days after the date of acquisition of the right to engage in the supply of natural gas.

Description of the service provision process
The permission to engage in the supply of natural gas shall entitle a natural gas supply undertaking to supply natural gas to customers and natural gas undertakings.
A person seeking to obtain the permission to engage natural gas supply activities having submitted the declaration in accordance with the legislation shall be entitled to engage in such activity on the date following the date of submission to the Council or from the date indicated in the declaration if this date is after the date of declaration submission to the permission issuing authority. A person seeking to change the energy activity permission to engage in natural gas supply activities and having submitted the declaration shall be deemed that the permission is changed or adjusted on the date after the on the date following the date of submission to the Council or from the date indicated in the declaration if this date is after the date of declaration submission to the Council.
Information and documents to be provided by the person
The person shall submit an application and a declaration to the Council in the established form. The authorised representative of the applicant shall submit the power of attorney and identity document together with the declaration.

Appeal procedure against actions (inactions) of the service provider
The decisions of the Council shall be appealed in accordance with procedures and conditions laid down by the Law on Administrative Proceedings of the Republic of Lithuania.
